Pay-As-You-Go Monthly Coaching for Individuals: 

Individual monthly coaching is an ideal solution for those seeking personalised coaching without a long-term commitment. This flexible option allows individuals to work with a dedicated coach on a month-to-month basis, focusing on both professional and personal goals.

• One-on-One Coaching: $200 per hour
• Leadership Coaching: $350 per hour
• Group / Team Coaching: $50 per person (maximum 6 participants per group)

Coffee Break Coaching:

This service is ideal for individuals and organisations looking to enhance workplace wellbeing without the purchase of a structured plans. These short, coaching sessions are perfect for addressing immediate workplace challenges, providing clarity, and helping employees reset their focus.

• 30 Minutes: $50 for the first 30 minutes 
  • we recommend booking a 60 minute standard appointment for topics that can not be covered in a 15-30 minute call. 

Structured Coaching Plans:

Organisations can purchase a set number of coaching hours, which can be distributed across individual coaching sessions, workshops, or group programs. This option offers flexibility and scalability, making it easier to plan for long-term wellbeing initiatives. • 25-Hour Coaching Plan: $2500 + GST ($100 per hour)
• 50-Hour Coaching Plan: $3750 + GST ($75 per hour)
